How does Mail Club's membership work?

Stationery Mail Club membership is a monthly subscription that automatically renews until deferred or cancelled by the member. You will be billed on the day you join for the following month's subscription mail (For example: If you join in April, you're signing up for May's Mail Club subscription). Then, you will be charged for your Mail Club tier on the first day of every month moving forward.

Your first subscription mail delivery will start on the following month after you sign up. For example, if you join in May, you are signing up for June's subscription mail.

When will I get my Mail Club subscription?

New members: You will receive the next outgoing Mail Club subscription, which is the first new month starting from your sign up date. For example, if you signed up in February, you will receive your first mail subscription in March.

Existing Members: Your membership will automatically renew on the first day of the new month. Mail Club orders ship out on a rolling basis throughout the first half of the month. You will receive a notification when your subscription ships out. Any major delays or changes in our schedule will be listed in our mail club description and emailed to members in a timely manner. 

What is my Mail Club's estimated delivery time?

  • U.S. mail: 5-14 business days for tiers with no tracking, 4-10 business days for tracked mail tiers
  • International mail: 2-5 weeks 
  • Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, and carrier delays.
  • Mail tiers with no tracking may take a little longer to arrive compared to tracked mail tiers. If your tier has a tracking number, it will show up in your shipment confirmation email once USPS scans it. 

What happens if my Mail Club is lost, delayed, or damaged?

  • Membership tiers with no tracking may take several weeks to arrive. Jem and Cozy can replace lost mail (based on inventory) after 1 month has passed since the shipment date free of charge.
  • If your mailing address was provided incorrectly, the member is responsible for paying for the reshipment fee in order to reship their subscription mail.
  • If your products arrived damaged, please save and take pictures of the packaging and products to share with Jem and Cozy. Tracked mail tiers may come with USPS insurance, which will request evidence of the damage to process a claim. Jem and Cozy will work with USPS and the member to replace damaged products accordingly. 

Can I order other items with my Mail Club subscription?

  • If you add other items to your Mail Club subscription order, everything may get scheduled to ship out together when Mail Club is processed. Additional standard shipping fees may apply.
  • It is not recommended to order other items with your Mail Club subscription unless you are okay with possible processing and shipment delays.
  • Mail Club cannot be combined with other discounts or deals.
