Jem and Cozy Mail Club Policies

Jem and Cozy Mail Club offers a monthly subscription service to offer its members stationery sets (based on different sign up tiers) that ship at the start of every month. Every set features new art on stationery products drawn by the artist of Jem and Cozy. By joining Jem and Cozy's Stationery Mail Club, members are accepting the following terms and conditions.

1. Membership & Subscription

  • Subscription: Stationery club membership is a monthly subscription that automatically renews until deferred or cancelled by the member.
  • Billing: You will be billed the day you join any of our Mail Club tiers for the following month's mail club subscription (For example, if you join in April, you are signing up for May's mail club). Moving forward, you will be billed on the first day of the month for the following month's subscription mail.
  • Payment Method: By signing up for Jem and Cozy's Mail Club, you are agreeing to a monthly recurring charge until the buyer defers or cancels their membership. Please keep a valid payment method on file.
  • When will I receive my first subscription mail?: Your first subscription mail delivery will start in the following month after you sign up. For example, if you join in May, you will be billed today for June subscription mail. Mail Club ships out on a rolling basis throughout the first half of the month. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has shipped.
  • Renewal Date: You can view and manage your subscription details, including your renewal date by logging into your Jem and Cozy account and pressing "Subscription Management".

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping Schedule: Subscription mail is shipped out on a rolling basis throughout the first half of the month. We do our best to stay on schedule, but may experience unexpected delays due to production or inclement weather. You will receive a confirmation email once your subscription has shipped.
  • Shipping Locations: We are located in the U.S. and currently ship to the U.S., Canada, UK, Australia, and parts of Asia.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are included into each membership tier's monthly cost for members in the U.S. Additional international shipping rates are calculated at check out if you are located outside of the U.S.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 3-14 business days within the U.S. and 2-4 weeks internationally. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location, holidays, and carrier delays.
  • Lost or Damaged Packages: If your Mail Club order is damaged during transit, please reach out to us with photos of damaged packaging and goods and save the packaging for possible damage insurance claim. If your subscription mail is lost or delayed, we are able to send you a replacement (based on inventory) after 1 month has passed since the shipment day of your mail.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Jem and Cozy account. Cancellations must be made before the next monthly renewal date (the first day of the month), to avoid being billed for the following month. If you sign up for a monthly subscription and cancel during the same month, you will still get the following month's Mail Club since the initial payment applied to the next month's Mail Club.
  • Refunds:
    • We do not offer refunds on monthly subscriptions.
    • If your subscription mail arrived damaged, please reach out to us regarding replacement options.
  • Returned to Sender: If a package is returned to sender due to incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery, the buyer is responsible for the new shipping fee to resend the package. In some cases, returned mail may be combined with the next Mail Club subscription at no additional cost based on the situation.

4. Contents & Variations

  • Quality Assurance: All products are produced by various print shops or from our home office. We strive to provide high quality stickers and stationery products, but there may be some minor defects with products such as sticky notes due to the nature of production. This means some sticky notes may have very minor defects such as a clamp mark on the first page, light scuff marks on the sides, or variation in color/print quality.
  • Parental Advisory: Jem and Cozy's designs are intended for adults. Our Mail Club designs may have profanity or sassy messages.
  • Customization or Combined Orders: Jem and Cozy is unable to offer any kind of customization, substitution, or order combination with your Mail Club subscription. Jem and Cozy reserves the right to combine outgoing orders with Mail Club subscriptions based on their schedule, but requests are not taken at this time.
  • Variations: On occasion, the artist of Jem and Cozy likes to try new things and change some products included in specific tiers for a given month. You may notice a variation with products such as stickers, sticker sheets, bookmarks, postcards, note cards, etc.
  • Adding other products to subscription mail: If you decide to add other products to your Mail Club subscription order, your order may get scheduled to ship all together with our Mail Club's shipment schedule. It is not recommended to order other items with your Mail Club subscription unless you are okay with possible processing and shipment delays.
  • Mail Club cannot be combined with other discounts or deals at Jem and Cozy. The order freebie sticker of the month is not included in Mail Club subscription orders unless the customer purchased other stationery products with their subscription membership.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Dana enjoys sending additional mail to Jem and Cozy Mail Club members spontaneously, especially during travel or holiday seasons. You may randomly receive a travel postcard or letter from Dana as an active member of our Mail Club.
